I searched the forum, but didn't find the answer: With the key on, should the D+ terminal ( regulator terminal on the alternator ) be live/testable with a test light? My charging system died - voltmeter accross the battery is only 12 or so volts with the engine running - no other issues...dash ignition light is on until I start the engine and then it goes out ( bulb is good - no other wiring issues ) which would seem to indicate a good charging system, but the battery definitely isn't getting charged ( still showing 12 volts when the engine is running and blipped to excite the regulator...
Ideas?
