Anyone looking for an AMCO luggage rack? Tapered to contour to the 356 rear deck lid Original and meant for the 356, not a squared up generic that fits all of those British cars kinda thing. Fits a single grill 356, so it's perfect for the Speedster. Sweet condition over-all, a few freckles and such, but nothing much. Comes with mounting bolts and stanchion tubes and all of that stuff to attach it to the car.

On the 356, it mounted through the deck grill and to the drain tray, I should think that you would have to add some bracing or small base plates or washers to spread the load when mounting it to the inner fiberglass piece.

Just $150 plus shipping.

Lemme know, OK? I can shoot some pics and email or post them if anyone wants.

Thanks ! !

It's TOMORROW ! ! ! !

Wow, that's almost weird . . .

Anyway, when the going get's weird, the weird turn pro, so I'm in a great position for the future.

Here are some pics of the rack. It's not entirely perfect, but I shot them in the bright sun light so that you could see the flaws and all of my finger prints. Some pits and a VERY few areas around the mounting points where the chrome has gone AWOL. I can put some silver leaf down in these spots for you and they'll barely show. WAY better than "chrome" paint or that kinda quick fix crap.

No . . . unfortunately. There are just a couple of other places to look and then I'm doomed. They're pretty simple too, four long bolts and nuts, four chromed tubes, and eight washers, but they're perfectly cut to length and all.

I'll look a bit more tomorrow, if I don't find them, oh well then.

And if I do, OH WELL THEN! !
Yup still want it - now need to find old suitcase and some travel stickers and put my order into to Dusty for some classy leather tie down straps. I'll email you my address and send ya a check --- since it doesn't look like you'd accept the brazillian Pesos I've been collecting (and a brazillian is a lot). I'm just down road in VA.

But economically - shouldn't we be exporting our finished products built by hard working American workers in exchange for foreign currency? Vs exporting all our jobs and natural resources and then buying it back with trillians of US dollars? Somehow Americans working and paying taxes has fallen out of favor!
I happen to HAVE a neat little suitcase or two, I can shoot some pics for you of the suitcase on the rack. I also have a whole mess of travel stickers . . . just gotta find them.

Lemme know, and I'll shoot some pics. Although, most small antique and new-to-you style junk shops around here have suitcases spewing out of the door there are so many for sale. Probably the same in your area.

Never bought Brazilians but for the longest time I collected little Mexican 2 Peso coins. They're as tiny as can be, maybe half the sze of a dime or so, and quality gold and I used to get them bu the handful from Bobby's little shop in Boston on the street next to Boston Findings.

Any time I had spare $$ I'd just pop in and but a quick handful.
