Jack is the guy that owned and restored Dean Jeffries customized Carrera, which he displayed at Amelia Island a couple of times after the resto was finished.

It was. My buddy was down there volunteering. He drove a bunch of the cars across the auction block. Some pictures he sent me.

According to the article, the restorers tracked down the original OEM supplier, the original looms, and two of the original workers to make it. And we thought original 550 material was expensive.
