Angela / Steve;

The Cars & Coffee meet just this last Saturday was pretty cool. I cruised down the hill to this weekly neighborhood meet to see what's cooking.

This link is for the pics that Dave Lindsey (SoCalCarClub.com) took. Tell Steve that his buddy Chip Foose was asking about him. Also, since the meet is in the Ford Design parking lot, they rolled out some pretty cool prototypes for Lincoln and a Ford Interceptor.

The marquee car for Saturday's meet was the Ariel Atom. There were more Atoms there than on the Periodic Table of Elements. Who woulda thunk...

Peace - Out!

Ford Interceptor -- replacement for the Crown Brick, potentially to be redesignated the Galaxie?
How's that interior look in person? I think it looks pretty dang innovative, but I don't think the inside-the-car design people were talking about the same vehicle when the outside-the-car people dropped that obviously-Chrysler-300-inspired metalwork on 'em.
Oops.
That grille looks like a throwback to Battlestar Galactica's Cylons.
Interior, for those who haven't seen it:

You guys in OC have it GOIN' ON!!! Your traffic sucks, but the car scene is absolutely amazing... Those Atoms are amazing. Touring the factory last year was quite a hoot.

Meeting Foose was definately the highlight of Steve's week down there. Its probably just as well we don't live near Irvine, 'cause I call tell you EXACTLY where we would be on Saturday mornings!
