Annual Speedsters Meet Spyders Raffle | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

OK, so I kind-of got a little behind in asking for donations from "members" for this, but if you truly enjoy coming to Carlisle and meeting all of us crazies, then let it be known that one of the very few (and painless) ways that we make ends meet in organizing this event-within-Carlisle is through our annual Saturday evening raffle.

This year, as in past years, we have been promised donations from the turn-key manufacturers (they always provide really nice stuff) as well as other donations from:

CarQuest Auto Parts of Beaufort, SC; (Complete car detailing kits),
Dusty Johnson, Saddle-maker to the Stars (a GORGEOUS set of leather, luggage rack staps),
Five Cent Racing (2006 Hi-Def Posters of "Cars of Carlisle", Misc VW/Speedster/Spyder parts, Stop Light Finders and whatever else we can scrounge up)

I'll also be hitting up the national vendors there (MeGuire's, Mothers and anyone else I can confront) to see if we can get even more "good stuff" for the raffle.

So now it comes down to YOU, too! PLEASE bring along something for the raffle. It can be car/Speedster/Spyder related (tools, car blanket, picnic set, etc), or something just for the fun of it (One year we had a bunch of different regional wines, foods, you name it). It's all for a good cause (paying the extaneous expenses surrounding the meet, like tents, speakers dinners, our much coveted awards, etc.) and we all have a good time.
