Another windshield question

Will a standard speedster windshield fit a CMC speedster or is it different? Can anyone out there give me the numbers off thier windshield? I have a friend in the glass business that can look them up.

It is my understanding that it is standard. Many find it easier to mount the glass forward an inch. There is a good article in the knowledge base on the subject.

You are right... I'd swear there was one there. Maybe it was that someone was planning to write it. I forget. Possibly search the archived forum for "windshield installation". I know I read something about a year ago. You are not the first to struggle with this part. Also search for John Steele's contributions. I think he may have been who added a few tips.
