I am having a custom torsion bar made to complete my fabrication of a very nice front Anti Sway bar. It will be a solid 3/4" bar with 1 1/8" splined ends utilizing modified sprint car torsion arms. It will be a very nice and tunable system.

As long as I am ordering the custom bar. Would anyone else like to tag an order on?

I'll be placing the order early next week

My bars on my Subaru Spyder (750 Kgs with Porsche 914 rear) are
Front: 3/4" x 0.035" CroMo tube with alloy arms
Rear: 16mm solid
I would say 3/4" solid would be quite stiff on the front.

There is actually very little spring rate difference between a solid bar and tube when acting in torsion
