Ditch the Kohler lawn tractor and keep the Speedster! That is a heck of a deal - love the polished wheels. You should mention your unique towing rig hookup.

Dammit Leon---I know you are doing what is best for you right now but I hope you will still join us at Carlisle with or without a Speedster or Spyder. Your gold Speedster is gorgeous with so many upgrades above what the run of the mill car has, I believe it will sell quickly.

What a unique color! Great buy for someone looking to catch the MADNESS for not much coin. Make him a reasonable offer.
I'm hoping he'll still show up at Carlisle for an egg samich.

Leon said color is Aztek Gold by House of Colors. He has lots of spares like the bumpers and tow bar.
Leon and I had discussions about paint color for his car , I suggeted the Aztec gold, a PPG Vette color they only did 6 Vettes in the gold. What a stunning color !
The car is sold..... It seems "JSA" caught the MADNESS big time.... He is currently arranging transport.... Thanks to Carl B. and Rich D. for the kind words about the car...

I contemplate going out west to Corn Daze, then I realize it's 1000 miles each way. Even 300 is pushing it for me(almost that to Alan's or Cory's). Carlisle at 230 is not so bad, but really it's kind of a personal limit.
Towing the car I could go further.
Congrats on the sale, as I mentioned it's clear that a lot of good work has gone into that car.
Tom--think about towing the Speedster to Carlisle---look at musbejim's simple towing set up.
Glad to see you had quick success with the sale, Leon. My BMW will probably have an empty right seat next Carlisle, if'n yer interested in riding in a modern car.

Pretty sure it is so, Danny. By the time I got up to Carlisle last year I had already decided that 8 round trips between coastal SC and central PA during rainy season were enough.

Hmmm, should I drive my new Genesis to Carlisle '15? Naah, I can't feature that ever happening.
My incentive to drive the Red Man to Carlisle in 2015 has increased due to a new development. Nolan and Jan Scott have sold their home in Florida and are moving to Tennessee. Not just anywhere, mind you, but to our street, two houses down and across with a golf view home. Now there will be two SAS cars in Tellico Village.
