Things have not gone well lately and I am considering selling my CMC as I no longer have a decently sized place to store and work on it.....   The car has been gone through and numerous mods done....

If interested Dialog me and I'll walk you through the exact history....

CMC titled as VW Ghia

Type 4 engine w/DTM shroud.

Baby Dels.

New wiring through out.

Asking $17,500.00

Dammit Leon---I know you are doing what is best for you right now but I hope you will still join us at Carlisle with or without a  Speedster or Spyder.  Your gold Speedster is gorgeous with so many upgrades above what the run of the mill car has, I believe it will sell quickly.

Take care, buddy---wishing you the best.

LEON SAID HIS CAR IS DEFINITELY ON THE BLOCK.  Pictures don't do the color justice.  It does catch and reflect the clouds in the sky.  A T4 with Raby DTM and check out the polished FUCHS.  What a unique color!  Great buy for someone looking to catch the MADNESS for not much coin.  Make him a reasonable offer.

I'm hoping he'll still show up at Carlisle for an egg samich.

You can see the color of Leon's car and how beautiful it is, if you watch the latest video Jim posted the other day.

Ted

After almost buying the farm on the way to Carlisle in the rain & then losing my transmission @ Carlisle, I'm going to avoid long trips in Natalie from this point on.  The longest trip will be to and from Bremen, Indiana each year :-).

I bought it to drive around town in the sun, not to battle truckers in the rain.

With that being said, this group is great & Carlisle is great.  Two years ago, when I lost a valve cover gasket, I got to ride to dinner with Danny on Friday.

This year, when I lost my trans (not tranny) I got to ride in Tom Raymond's Big Bird.

Not sure when will be my next trip (probably next year), but I'll make it in my DD.

Exactly Tom, this group is the best! Leon, come around Carlisle, it wouldn't be the same without you! Is there a Spyder in your future? Maybe?

I contemplate going out west to Corn Daze, then I realize it's 1000 miles each way. Even 300 is pushing it for me(almost that to Alan's or Cory's). Carlisle at 230 is not so bad, but really it's kind of a personal limit.

Towing the car I could go further.

My incentive to drive the Red Man to Carlisle in 2015 has increased due to a new development.  Nolan and Jan Scott have sold their home in Florida and are moving to Tennessee.  Not just anywhere, mind you, but to our street, two houses down and across with a golf view home.  Now there will be two SAS cars in Tellico Village.
