The cover is too loose in the track and it bugs me. I've thrown some clay bar on it in the past, but that's tacky.

On my old F250 one of the air outlets on the dash vibrated at certain (most) rpms and, being OCD, it drove me nuts.
I got a strip of double sided Velcro (hooks on one side, loops on the other) and crammed it in between the base and grill and that cured it. Way better than the folded matchbooks I used to use on my old Mustang.
Velcro is sold in a variety of colors. Check the fabric dept. at Walmart.
Try removing the 4 attachment screws and tap the track a little tighter with a piece of wood on it (to prevent marring).
While it's still mounted just gently pry behind the slider
