there is a guy in Zephyrhills FL (near Orlando) that has CMC molds for the wide body. Even if you could just get the inner part - you could add near any outer skin to include a popular louvered one (Beck SE will sell just the outer).
356 Builder is guys SOC user-id --- send him a PM

How does that help with an engine lid?
I'd put clear plastic over it since it is so pretty!
This is all very helpful (mostly NOT) but even though there are slight variations between CMC, VS and Beck, those last two might be your only sources for a lid for your project and you can correct any differences with sanding disks and bondo.
I would call Greg Leach and Carey Hines and see what you can negotiate.
Unless @Alan Merklin has one kicking around (which I doubt very much, but’cha nevah know).
This body was flashed from the CMC molds I mentioned - not sure if same guy or not though. Lakeland is next to Zephyrhills FL.

Sorry, I didn’t see the word “lid“😜
Wonder if I should pull a mold off of my deck lid?
Possibly do it this winter......
Hmmmm. Got me thinking.
