I like the SACO unit I put on my Beck, but it would require that you cut a hole in your tunnel. If you don't want to do that, there are a number of units that just require you to weld an attachment point on your clutch pedal and cut a hole for the pushrod for the master cylinder. Either way, the attachment to the master cylinder is the most difficult part, and it's not really that bad.

That thread makes it sound worse that it was. What can I say, I'm a drama queen, er, king. You know what I mean ;-)
I did my Speedster and it was not only easy it worked perfectly. Does your CMC have the thick steel plate over the pan, if so it is solid steel, just need to drill three holes there for the master, believe it was 5/8ths thick. Here is a pic of mine under construction back then,

I am going to see what a pain this clutch tube/Bowden tube is to fix, and if it doesn't hold, I'm going the route you did! I've determined my pop/squeak hard rattle can't possibly be caused by a cable or housing... Either way, I really like your hyd. Setup! Thanks for sharing the pics, it makes sense now that I've looked at all the links. Guess I missed the other links! Dohh! Thanks
