I must have seen this picture a million times, but now that I need it, I can't find it. I'm filling up my twin beehives and fitting teardrops and I want to get the placement spot on. Any help?

I found this, but it's the reverse of what I need.
I hear tell they go in the back.. But that may be just a rumor.
Maybe this will help. Or not.
I love the beehive look. Any particular reason you are going with the tear drops instead?
You have a few choises ,, Klasse 356.com // Stoddard import parts ( you'll have to do a search . or Vintage Speedster ,, who have a parts store..
Well the behives that we get in South Africa are not real beehives. They are more like dual flat round lenses. Wrong position, wrong lenses, wrong look altogether. Pretty much all of the replicas over here have them with the exception of 1 or 2.......I want to be #3....lol.
Plus I'm picking up a set tomorrow that were removed from a car that has gone to the scrapyard in the sky.
Giday, Gary. I just measured mine with a square from the floor ( not following curves of the body) and it is 31" between the inside mounting screws for the teardrop lens. Those same screws are 2" above the top of the chrome bumperettes. The larger side of the teardrop lens is outboard on my car as opposed those in the photo that Troy sent.
David. You mean I put them on backwards? I'm so embarrassed!
Cheers Troy.........I'm closing off the holes for the twin beehives this weekend and then I'll be able to plot this out.
Keerikees, Troy. I couldn't get to sleep last night thinking mine were on backwards all this time. Whew ! ;-)
And upside down. It's ok, Troy. Just remember next time to avoid Photoshop after several glasses of wine.
If I had used Photoshop it wouldn't have been such a crappy job. That was Paint.
Man, that paint looks terrible around them lights . . .
