Hello all
I noticed that most places only make 356A speedsters and Cabriolets. I love the look of the speedster but want something more practical like the cabriolet (wind up glass windows, higher top etc.) When doing some research I on Porsche's I came across the 356b, to me the shape looks more "sporty" like the windshield looks more sloped back then the 356A cabrio. Does anyone make a replica of this version (356b?)
Thanks
Shawn

Intermeccanica makes a 356 convertible "D", which stands for Drauz, the company that did the body work for Porsche.
The D replaced the speedster as it is the same body (speedster hump and longer rear deck) and still had a removable windshield as the speedster, but higher. The windshield frame is finished in bright metal where the Cabs of all years were integrated into the body and were the color of the car.
The D also has roll up windows.
