Title asks the question. This could either be my new wall hanging or a sweet addition to the front of my 914, either way if the price stays low I just gotta have it.

Anyone local enough to pick it up and hold it for a while?

Lemme know before I put any money in on it.

Thanks ! ! ! !

Thanks gang ! ! Both for the offers AND the shipping info/option !!

I was poking around in Photoshop and got this far:

Still needs a ton of work and a probably Ghia roof swap, but it might be a project option down the line. Honestly, if the car wasn't a Porsche and it wasn't titled . . . I wouldn't even bother going this far.

The nose COULD make a neat beginning for a 356 based SPECIAL in the British tradition of car building, though.

I may not even win it, but THANKS ! ! ! either way.

Roy,

I just got in touch with the sellers and said that you would be coming by for the partial front clip.

Thanks ! ! !

Cory,

Didn't that coupe that you were checking out need a nose clip? If you ever grab that car, you now have a workable clip to go with it. It's waiting at my house for ya.
Thanks Roy,

I'm thinking that the very best way to get it off to me is to first trace the contour of the lower hood opening, just put some csrdboard under there and scribe and arc following the hood opening. Kinda rest the marker against the rain channel and follow it around with the marker.

This will give me an assembly guide to put it back together.

Then bust out the Sawz-All and just cut it into three neat equal sized pieces, two fenders and a mid section. These ought to fit into a box or tape together no problem and ship easily.

I'll email you my address and all for a shipping quote. And THANKS ! ! ! ! !
