Anyone want a 500 hp 01 Porsche TT for their Syper or 356 kit plus cash?

Due to finacial reasons I have to sell my baby. Its a 2001 Porsche Turbo with some very nice upgrades. This car is in perfect condition and I hate to get rid of it. I am interested in either selling outright or a nice 356 or Spyder kit car already built. The car is valued at 55k with out the mods, looking somewhere in that neighborhood (or cash minus the value of trade). Car is in Baltimore Md (willing to ship). Details:

2 years left on warranty
35k miles
always maintained and kept in perfect condition
No accidents or paint work
New alignment and fresh oil change
Still have all stock parts and can be returned to stock if needed
Non smoker
Silver on black

Modifications:

H&R coilovers
ECU upgrate (+90hp)
Fabspeed exhaust
19" Champion wheels with new tires
Wastegate upgrade
Clear bra
Short shifter
Custom stereo
