Folks, I was unable to change the title of the other thread so I thought I'd start a new one.  Here are a couple of posts from the other one that are important.  The weekend is the 9-10 of April with some folks arriving on the Thursday 7th and some leaving on Monday the 11th.  I don't have the whole weekend planned out (just Saturday) as I don't have a full count of arrival and departure times for all attendees.  That info suuuure would help.

Anyway, we're staying at the Quality Inn in Mount Pleasant near the bridge to downtown Charleston.

You tried, Lane---I was looking forward to seeing you and several other folks there.  Charleston is beautiful this time of year.

The disappointing thing is that so many folks said to count them in ---like a dozen and they all  decided to not make the event.  That lesson won't be lost on me if I ever think about hosting something here in the Spa City.

I'll cancel my reservation tomorrow with regrets and will look forward to seeing you in Carlisle.  Thanks for your efforts, Lane.  Much appreciated.
