For you shirt guys, it looks like there are other bidders besides SOC peeps. It would be a shame for this shirt to fall into the hands of a non-speedster nut, go for it.
Additional information for potential collectors of this shirt. I was on the Newport Peninsula this week-end and I visited a great shirt shop, Castaway's Casuals. I asked the proprietor if he had any of these shirts. He said he knew of it. He said Reyn Spooner told him VW threatened them with legal action for using representations of their cars. So you are not likely to see anymore VW's on Spooner shirts. The unfortunate thing, Spooner uses Corvette themes and Woody themes all the time, apparently without a peep from GM or Ford.
Also Reyn Spooner will be producing a shirt for the 100th Anniversary of Newport Beach / Balboa Island. It'll probably have some great shots of The Wedge on it.
