Not familiar with Weniol (Wenoil?) but a close look at the photo looks like scratches similar to "crazing", almost like it's been wiped with a scratchy cloth. If it's not coated with a clear protectant, AND it you want a mirror finish, rather than a brushed look, you could probably buff them out using a small, cloth buffing wheel (1" or so diameter) on a dremel or small drill (preferably a flexible shaft type) set on a low speed and charge it with jeweler's rouge. If you can't find jeweler's rouge, then go to a drum store and get cymbal polish (Zildjian has some good stuff) and use that. Use a good amount of polish, a low speed (to keep from heating the wheel up and drying it out), and PATIENCE! Should take them out just fine, but it'll take a few minutes. finish up with a hand-buff with a soft cloth and a bit of polish, and then final buff with no polish and that'll do it.
