The breakfast is actually in Camarillo at a restaurant adjacent to the Camarillo Airport. Just a short drive up the 101.
Lots of great old planes out there (nice photo ops!) and a pretty good contingent from the Santa Barbara Porsche Club.
Let's show those boys what some smooth-running Replicas look like!

Hey!! Anyone joining us this Saturday morning for a breakfast run to Camarillo Airport? Weather is looking perfect. This isn't just for JPS folks; all Replicas are welcome. The more the merrier.
What is the restaurant and time? I don't have a speedster (yet) but I would like to go and look.

Way Point Cafe adjacent to the Camarillo Airport at 9:00 AM Saturday morning (Aug 2). Exit the 101 Freeway at Las Posas road and head south and follow the signs to the airport. The restaurant is easy to find.

If I'm not mistaken, the outlet stores are right down the street... For those of you with wives who would preferr to shop than drool...

As usual, I've posted some pics of the Santa Barbara PCA Chapter's monthy run to Camarillo Airport. A few of us JPS customers, along with Mr. JPS himself, joined some Porsche owners for the drive from L.A. to Camarillo.
Beautiful day, nice people, good pancakes.
When you see the pictures, you'll understand why us Southern California guys brave the 60-degree winters to live out here.

Enjoyed the photo's. I am pleased to admit that the replicas look just like the real thing. Imagine that. You didn't have to rub in the 60 degree winters! I always felt that enduring a lousy winter made the summers even better, course that is an envious former midwesterner
trying to rationalize staying in the midwest. I fled as soon as I could. I am anxious to see the photo's of the wine country run today. I had to back out at the last minute thinking that the 700+ mile RT and my trip to Reno on Wendsday for Hot August Nights would be too much for this old body.
Anyway, thanks for the photo's. I went out and cleaned my Speedster I got so pumped up!

If you could have seen the collective head turns from the patio and heard the silence when you guys pulled up...WOW!
Many, many kind words about John S's workmanship, and having Wayne's red '59 side-by-side was brilliant.
As I told John S, I am looking for a Christmas Day delivery (give or take to account for family gatherings), so please keep my in the loop about any and all get-togethers, I will be there.
And your black knight was in stellar form, as always!
