Are there any of these cars out there?
Also, I need parts for the 1970 Suburu 360. Any ideas?
I've been too busy to start on either one of the cars.
Both motors are frozen, and giving them a good soak.

I can tell you this... this is not the place
An article I read said there were only 43 produced - many went racing so not sure how many survived. Write up an article of your find and post to PriceOfHisToys or Hemmings Sports and Exotics Car and I bet other owners will come forward. Hemmings gives you a free hat if published! Your's with Sam Posey's providence will be top of the litter.
This is good article on it.

Here's photo I found online of it washed:
According to Wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subaru_360), there were 392k 360's built from 1958-1971. The sedan was called the LadyBug!. Malcolm Bricklin (Sam probably was friends with him too) was involved in importing 10k of the sporty models to US advertized as "cheap and ugly." They sold for $400 less than a more powerful VW T1.
Your model was called the Samba. Sales of the 1000# car were killed in 1969 by a Consumer Report magazine testing citing it as NOT ACCEPTABLE because of safety concerns (cars under 1000# were exempt from lots of safety testing) and poor acceleration.
"Sales soon collapsed, and there were various rumors of Subaru 360s being tossed overboard or being shredded to pieces. It was also reported that many 360s sat on dealers' lots for two or three years without ever being purchased"
Suspect you can still find a copy of that Consumer Report in as library. With that many engines produced - you should be able to find parts on eBay or maybe thru Subaru club.

Do you realize that the displacement of the 360 was less than one piston in a VW 1500 T1. That means a HP rating of maybe 12 hp.
Wow, I thought my Volvo wagon was slow.
I can't seem to free up the motor, so when I take apart,
I'll send you a photo of the Pistons.
Finder fee?
Not a 1970 but a 1971 subaru 360 get the whole car $2800.00
Not my car.
