Not a Speedster event per se, but just FYI, the "Memphis Belle" is in Martin Airport in Middle River this weekend. They charge $450 for a seat on a 20-minute ride, and I think it might be worth it, having done it & climbed around inside the plane during the flight.
They even left the observation hatch open. It's like a huge sunroof.
Starting around 3 in the afternoon it'll be on the ground and open for tours, which are given free with a donation bucket at the end. Those go until at least 5 and usually a couple hours longer than that. All volunteers giving the tours, flying the crate, etc. Raising money to restore another one that was burned up a year or so back.
