Well, 1 year and 1 month but who's counting.

For those of you who are new to the site, Baby is my 2008 delivered IM 356A Roadster with a VW/Audi 1.8t water cooled engine and Porsche transmission and running gear.

Dave,

I don't quite get the use of the copper pads in your photo. Can you explain it? I agree teh metal surfaces might work better but I just used the existing catch can and made a new top for it on my trusty lathe. The aluminum Bud bottle is obviously destined for some use in your engine, is it for the catch can?

Way to go Tomm, but you should try to get in more seat time in 2010.
Our IM-6 Roadster logged 14,140 miles the first year and the odo on Sept 3/09 (year #2) showed 22,825 miles. That's a two year average of just over 32 miles per day, most of them in the great North Wet.
Glad to hear you're still lovin' your IM.
