How did you do it.
I am wondering if I could bolt on the spacer I have behind my front wheels.

Not quite sure what you're asking, Michael.
I don't do my own wheel balancing, but when I had these installed last summer, the shop didn't seem to have any special problems with them. And they're not a tire shop, but an independent shop that works on mainly older BMW's and other German cars.
I guess I could forward any specific questions to them.
I assumed the fact that they don't have a round hole in the middle could be an issue.

I think Dr. Piperato uses these wheels on his Formula racer (dunno if it's four- or five-lug) and has his own balancer, so he may have something relevant to contribute.

Danny has 5 lug wheels on both his Vee and Spyder. I believe he bolts them to a wheel adapter to balance them.
Michael, I don’t think it will be any problem to put those on a spin balancer.
Yes, I have wide5 on my cars. I have a Mainely by Design balance adapter.
BUT, Michael has wheels like these(but a different color). I chose this color to clearly illustrate the LACK of a wheel center. Michael has the same problem that the wide5 wheels do, he needs a balance adapter. The problem is that there isn't a commercial one available.
I would suggest a Porsche 914 rear rotor. Fit it with press-in 14mm studs and use lug nuts to secure it. Then any shop could mount the assembly to a wheel balancer.
Or get a VW front drum or disc in 4 x 130. Probably easier and cheaper than what I described above.
I know LennyC had a balance adapter made from an old Volvo rotor for his wide5s. That could also work if you have a machine shop buddy.
@DannyP, is there a reason I couldn't use the spacer behind my front wheels?
It seems like I could bolt it on.
I guess you could.
You could probably use a large cone on the balance machine, but hopefully made of plastic so the rims don't get marred up.
I still wonder how other people with these wheels did it.

Exactly. A lifetime ago I was a dealer tech, we had cone adapters in all kinds of sizes for our balancer. The cones were all steel, the retaining ring was some sort of plastic.
I'd buy that adapter and a bubble balancer from HF (you'll need to modify the balancer, but it's easy).
Take your time and you'll get plenty close. Do 4 tires and you paid for the whole deal.
I bolt on a VW wheel adapter for Mobelwagen and wide five's balancing.
@Michael McKelvey. Im late to the thread, and not sure if this is what you meant… but when I had 4x130s I used one of these ( pictured below) to have our local Les Schwab balance my tires… a local mechanic gifted me an old spacer he had laying around. Worked great. I just asked they used 4 of the acorn nuts from the car on the spacer when I took the car in.
After I transitioned to wide 5s, I got a Mainely adapter. There used to be a seller in The Samba that sold a similar to Mainely wide5 and 4x130 drilled balancing adapter… but if you already have something like what is pictured, you could give that a try.
hope this of value… sorry if I misunderstood your Q.
@Michael McKelvey , and here is the samba add for a dual 5x205 and 4x130 balancing adaptor for 50$ plus shipping I mentioned above.
