Cip.1 has the Flat-4 Banjo replica wheel. See their web site for details and pricing.
Wheel does not include a horn button or the adaptor hub, and the ones they list will not fit your car if you have late Beetle steering. They do have adaptors for early Beetle steering.
Special Edition in Indiana has the right adaptor.
There is a very nice horn button replica for about $150 out there and a plain black one for about $60 bucks.

I bought the Flat-4 Banjo from CIP1. Adequate but not a quality wheel.
