Mine came with the blue sun and moon cap, I got a porsche one from Stoddards only to have to switch out the contact spring from the other. to get a decent working horn button so now I cant sell the blue one unless someone only needs the blue emblem part. I did put it up with care. If I get a crack in the other. SWAP it out

I am just Curious about the other would like to get a closer look
Hey Barry,
Here is the pic of the ZODIAC horn push. As you can see, it is very well detailed, almost 3-dimensional. The main image is of St Christopher (patron Saint of the traveller) with a baby Jesus on the Stern of the boat. On the outer circumference are the 12 Zodiac/astrological signs.
Pictured below is another variation on the "banjo" theme. This one was manufactured by Petri in the early 50s. I bought this one to fit in my 1951 VW convertible, and it fits directly to an early Porsche column. And just like the VDM/Porsche wheel, it has multi-control functions. The center flashes the headlights and the full-ring honks the horn
Hey Guys, I'll get you a close up of the Petri horn push on my car tomorrow. It's known as the "ZODIAC" and was manufactured back in the mid 50s. Finding an original one can be very difficult. BFY Obsolete in Orange, Ca has used one 4-sale at $800. Mine was NOS when I purchased it in '96 at a substantial cost. But there is good news for you (bad for me) as Takashi Kimori of Flat-4 has started reproducing them (as well as the Cameo Medallion/Golden Lady & the Rising Sun/Moon) for less than $90
The repro's are great, except the Rising Sun/Moon version. The original 80mm version is supposed to be Red, NOT Blue. The Blue colored version was used on the smaller 65mm-sized horn buttons for VW cars (see pic below). Otherwise, all 3 buttons look great.
