Flat 4 sells replica banjo wheels, try CIP1.com. As far as the horn button, good luck. They are pricy if you can find them. I had one on order from Stoddards forever, I've since sold my wheel and have yet to hear from them. They do pop up on ebay but again big $$$! I actually bought a replica golden lady button, painted it gloss black and epoxyed a porsche creast on it, it wasn't necessarily original looking but it looked great non the less. I think between horn button and wheel I paid around $300.
