BAT auctions can smell a little "off" sometimes

Agree - other than mileage 27k vs 43k - it looks like same car with 5 owners over 14 years.  Are BMW that expensive to maintain or that unreliable?  (Looking at a new BMW X3 M40i - so curious).

The seller of that car, RetroOroville bought it in May from CollectibleClassics for $30,250 plus fees and he just sold it for $22K. He took a $10K loss on it after spending money to fix it up. He put on a set of Michelin Pilot Sports so that cost over $1K right there plus whatever else he did to it.

Used car salesman gonna sell used cars.

My wife has an X3 that we use a lot for cottage trips and hauling two large dogs around. It's surprisingly good on gas for a truck, comfortable and performs well when you stomp on it. We bought it low-mileage used and I'd do it again but I frankly wouldn't swallow the pill for new when it would be full of dog hair a week later.....

nice car, sounds like a good buy.

A few months back, I was looking for some good pictures of where to place the 2 post lift's pads on a VW pan and this auction's pictures provides a really good example of this.

Another 2023 Vintage Motorcars of California Inc. in Hawaiian Gardens "follow the script clone" replica on BAT. The car is finished in Aquamarine Blue Metallic over Buck vinyl upholstery and powered by a now ubiquitous 2,332cc. This is anotrher one that shold bring all the money, Roy sure is making bank and so is Pat Downs, for how long, who knows.
