Having a new 2110 built for my Beck speedster. Wanted to use Tiger's sidewinder system but Carey informed me that the "The header fits fine, but the muffler hits the 1x2 box rails that surround the engine". The other option would have been "up to 90hp, TriMill makes a Beck Specific twin tip exhaust" but I'm going for more hp, so that's out. It appears that I might have to go with Tiger's header and then have a custom muffler built unless someone has been down this road before and has a solution or an idea.

Carey fitted my car with an A1 Sidewinder and a muffler tucked up by the left valve cover. In my case, I have dual exhaust through the bumper risers and there is a flange that allows me to remove the rear part of my exhaust (including the muffler) for doing valve adjustments.
Carey has to modify the muffler for the A1 for it to fit. There's very little clearance on either side. The tire is about 1/4" away on one, and the frame rail is even closer on the other. I've wondered if there was a way to tuck the muffler up behind the engine instead. that'd also make it unnecessary to remove the muffler to adjust the valves on the passenger side.
Tiger does make a muffler that will not block the valve cover but you have to run j tubes and not the heater boxes. Both Carey and Tiger will custom make the muffler but they have to have the car. I am at the other side of the country. I was looking to see if anyone had worked around this problem with a stock application. Might just have to get Tiger's headers and have a custom muffler built here.
I have the A1 system with heater boxes on my Beck and it is a tight squeeze, but can be done, the A-1 is nice and well worth it. I adjust my valves every 1K miles and it is really not that big a deal to remove the muffler.
