Actually that car's older than mine given it's chassis number. That would make it an '05 or '06 build unless it sat in inventory for a long time before the sale. Hard to believe only 1991km (~1240 miles) in that length of time. Looks like a clean car with few options.
Lane, what number is on your I.D. plate? This being #100 with a completed date of 6/05. My Beck plate is stamped 5/10 and is #179.
Mine is #185, with a completion date of, um, whenever the Saturday at Carlisle '06 was (sometime in mid May) 
. I don't remember what date was stamped on the plate, but I think it's 5/06. This tells me that they are not sequential, for whatever reason. 'tis a puzzlement.
Back to the car in the ad, it plainly says 6/24/05 on the plate. I need to get my eyes checked - again.
Just a guess Lane that the number was stamped on the body in Brazil & the final mfg date in Bremen. Depending on the color, FIFO inventory control, etc., I see how they could get out of sequence.
Tom is correct, chassis were (and still are) built sequentially but final assembly isn't always sequential for a wide variety of reasons.
I have new builds in the shop currently as low as 250something and as high as the low 400s.
Regarding this car, it looks like Suzuka Blue Pearl (a Honda S2000 color). I did a handful in this color back in 05 and 06 IIRC.
If anyone has serious interest in this car feel free to contact me and I can pull the original build sheet as well as point out several things that I see in the photos that will need addressed.
