Beck optional heater fan question

Does anyone with a Beck have a picture of how the two fan output tubes connect to the heater boxes? If the fan tubes take the place of the tubes exiting the shroud from the rear on each side, what do you cap the shroud holes with, if it is required. Cary seems to be busy.

If you eliminate the tubes to the shroud and wish to plug the shroud holes, they just happen to be the exact same size as a Ford V8 freeze plug, available at NAPA. Measure the ID of the hole and tell the (preferably older) counter guy what OD size freeze plug you need. Secure them with small (1/8" X 1/4" long) sheet metal screws.

I'll take some shots tomorrow for you.

Okay, here are some photos. My stock fan shroud doesn't have any holes for heat that I can see. The blower blows directly into the hoses which feed out the back and down through the heat exchangers. Center & right side photos first.

Right side. I will add that heat is an option on Becks, so they may just start with a fan shroud that is not set up for heat to begin with. I really have no clue. That's the best that I can do.

Gordon and Tom, thanks for the help. A picture is worth a thousand words. I was going to run a straight shot to the heater boxes, but I like the idea of going around the carbs to the sides. I will also look into the Ford freeze plugs. Good suggestion.
