Beck Speedsters

According to the Makers index on this website, Beck is no longer producing Speedsters but I found this website which is currently under development. Is this the same company or is this a new manufacturer?

Additional question in the same vein...I went to a search engine and came up with a few "Beck" related sites.
I eMailed for availability and dimensions on a couple things, NO REPLY

I visited Chuck Beck last month and test drove a 550 Spyder. He isn't building them from the ground up, but he does all of the engine and finishing. The bodies are made in Brazil and fitted with all of the electrical, etc. Then shipped to Chuck for the final touches. He's working on a couple of prototypes and I think is getting burned out on the Spyder, but still produces a fun car to drive. Very fast and handles like a slotcar!
