I have 2 rear Bilsteins b46 0034 (off my Intermeccanica . I had them on my car 4 months (~ 200 miles) before deciding to go with the KYBs. A little road dirt, but otherwise pretty dang new. $100 + shipping for both.

Why did you decide to change to KYB shocks? Are the bilsteins for swipg axle or IRS suspension?
Mine is a IRS but I believe they can be used for either. Too stiff of a ride for my Roadster and 63 year old butt..
I assume the KYB shocks you now have are not the gas-adjust style, this type of KYB is super stiff and bouncy. Thanks for the info.
When I bought my VS in 2010 I discussed the shocks with Kirk. You just confirmed what he told me. The ride is hard as hell with the KYB and Bilsteins or Konis would just make it harder on your butt and back and not necessarily improve handling.
