Ok, I am hoping I just need a new bulb but here is my issue:
My blinkers work fine until I switch on the head lights. Once I do that my right blinker stops working and the tail light is very dim. The left blinker and tail light work fine with the headlights on.
So any comments - Bulb or Wiring or Other?
I just learned this on the drive into work so I haven't started looking at it yet. Figured I would get a head start on where to start looking.

check you have a good earth connection there
I don't think it is a bulb issue since everything works while the headlights are off. There is a bad ground somewhere.
I agree, it's probably a bad ground on your right headlight and/or right front turn signal. If the headlight was backfeeding into the turn signal's ground circuit, it could make both signal lights on that side appear dim.
I had this exact same issue on my car. Turned out it was the ground on the tail light housing.
