For a dune buggy build I am looking for info: Blue Tooth amp w/ speakers ( marine?) a compact single unit mounts under the dash and small separate dash mount control....?

Soundstream Stealth st4.1000db (make sure the part number ends in "b" otherwise it is missing the bluetooth feature). I use them all the time, both as a 4 can and as a bridged 2 chan, and have never had an issue.
or for Marine sealed units a client recommended "Wet Sounds" but I believe they are expensive and I have no 1st hand feedback on them yet.
The soundstream does not have a separate dash control. They sell an add on unit but I've never used it. The Soundstream is controlled 100% by your phone or other BT device.
Thanks Carey & Merry Christmas !
Carey, you how do you power that? I'm assuming you don't need any additional head units to run from your phone?
@Marty Grzynkowicz I run the remote turn on wire to a hidden switch, that way the amp is not on all the time. So you just turn it on, connect it to your phone, and stream your music or iTunes or whatever. Just need the amp and speakers, nothing else.
I was actually thinking of upgrading my retro sound amplifier 4x45watts would that be a good choice ?
The issue I find with Bluetooth streaming is that when a call comes in you jump out of your skin .
I think I need pictures, I left off at 8 tracks ....

My phone has separate volume controls for music, phone call volume, and ringtones. Plus a master volume control.
Iphone is asleep on that one
My phone does a whole bunch of $#!+ that most of the time I can’t even figure out how to run it. And I can’t remember the last time I actually made a phone call on it……. Mostly I just get texts (or videos from the little grandsons) and my usual half dozen SPAM calls each day.

I’ve got it all figured out except for Siri’s response to hands free dialing.
me: Call so and so.
siri: CALLING SO AND SO!
It’s always twice as loud as any other sound, even on full volume. I wish I could get the speaker to play calls that loud.
And yeah, if I forget and have it plugged into my stereo, look out!
