Body?

Im just about to buy the body kit to my speedster, want to know if any of you have built a 356 from Vintage Speedster or chesil? My question is how much work you had to put in to make the body straight or rather to fit and line up on the chassie?

Have heard that our Swedish maker the body needs like a hole vinter to make the body good enough, not perfect just ok!

I would like to spend my time on other stuff...

I had my Chesil painted black by a local painter without any issues or complaints from him about prep time. Very happy with the results.

You'll make much better time on the build and have your car finished much sooner if you buy the kit on a rolling pan.

I built mine VS from scratch and it took much longer because I did a bunch of extras to just make ita better car. OVER 4 years.


I think you would be happier with it. The cost to build a good pan, comes out to be nearly the same If your Tall I would request the deeper floor pans.
