Hey!! I love the straps and definitely want a pair but I have bid 3 times on them and unless someone else is is bidding I have been shut out by not hitting the reserve. Even though my bid would be higher than the reserve. Give us a freakin' buy it now price would ya!!!

Cory - I looked for his green car too. Then I realized the date of his original post. That car's auction is probably gone by now.

Boy I would really have liked to see the interior of that T-bird with the BBQ sauce all over it. But that fellow was bent sideways over it! angela

Here is a site for CHEAP hood straps. I do not think you can find them any cheaper. Hodd straps on e-bay usally go for more than $100.

Check with one of our SOC members, Dusty Johnson (DustyJ). Dusty is a leather craftsman in Colorado and has offered custom fabrications (luggage straps, etc.) to SOC members. Dusty is a terrific guy who can probably offer some insight to your quest!

Sorry Cory, that wasn't directed at you, just at the poor marketing of the guy selling them on e-bay.Also, Thanks for the link Lambros. They look pretty good and the price seems right.
