Bracket-is there any potential here?

I stumbled on to this bracket, list as a Ghia seat belt bracket. Couldn't find dimensions or scale yet...but! Is there potential application for a bumper mount?...ie reflector, badge or small fog light(s) mount. Ghia owners, come on down.
