I have a speedster replica, and some moron PO must have used an impact on the bleeder valve, as it was very rounded off. Anyway, I want to know what this came from? Type 1, pre super beetle? Thanks a lot guys. Keith

Advance auto should carry rebuilt replacements - return old one for exchange and match it up. Try 1972 VW Karmann Ghia. Note there are Girling and ATE calipers --- some have 1 pin and others 2. Go for the 2 pin ones. You, of course, want both sides to match. CIP1 carries too.
Nobody had the 2 pin in stock, it'll be here in the morning . I'll just bleed the caliper upside down , then mount it correctly. I bought a nice MityVac bleeder for the race car(full flushes), so I'll try it out on this! Stay tuned.
