Are new Vintages really $39K with a few options? This guy obviously comes from the "the-more-descriptive-words-the-better" school of thought. Tons of good pictures though, you can really see how this paint looks either grey or green depending on the light. Asking 35K

Looks like everything underneath got a fresh coat of flat black; too bad they forgot to mask off the backside of 1 springplate. I don't know why they didn't do the seat bolt down hardware as well. Maybe somebody can help me here- the front end is "fitted with performance springs"? And the "rear trailing arms are beautiful pieces that give this car razor sharp handling"? To be honest, I've never heard of "performance springs" for the front end and all I see are swing axles in the back. Whoever wrote the copy was at the top of his creative writing class. Seems like a lot of money for a less than 2 liter with stock heads/single barrel carbs(yeah, I know 90 hp is more than any pushrod 356 engine, but it's not like it's a 150hp fire breathing 21, 22, or 23something; really!), and steel wide 5's. I guess we'll see what it sells for.

It is a nice looking car, though...Al

Looks like that Blue one that Chris bought. (Chris?... the Brit from a few years back in SLO...)  Raise  your little OCD hands if you want to reach in and set the top tension levers to the proper position?

Solid car. I can't speak to the value. If so, my car is woefully under insured.

Personally I love the color, however it is one of this colors that NEEDS lots of chrome trim and chrome/polished aluminum wheels to avoid looking "army".

Again, swimming against the current...

I'm not sure I've ever seen a car (which was not a sandbagging muscle car) that I liked better with body colored wheels. Almost any finish (even black) looks better to me.

I know it's a minority opinion, but I'm just not a fan.
