Hello. I am going to buy a Brandwood cable shifter assembly for my 550 Spyder. Its basically the last thing i need besides lap belts. Its a 1990 Puma car thats never been on the road yet. From what ive gathered working on it in my spare time over the years its basically identical to a Beck. Can anyone tell me what length cable assembly works best? They sell 3 different lengths it appears. Thank you.

I didn't realize a Puma was mid-engine. If rear engine, use a direct shift rod.
Brandwood has instructions on how to measure for the cable length for your application.
I am unaware of any mid engine Puma. The connection to Beck via Puma is the people not the similarity in cars. Made by the same families and both fiberglass, thats about where the similarities stop.
If it somehow is a mid engine Puma, then (as Danny said) measurement instructions are on the cableshift.com website, but I am not aware of any cable shifter for rear engine.
