Meade, I thought your carbs had been set properly by Leon not long ago? Did you undo what he did or something?

Well, I've been running a CB rotary pump for many years with a single filter between the tank and pump. It's a more commercial size (I can get the NAPA number a bit later this morning) and definitely NOT one f those cheap, plastic see-through things I see on a lot of cars.
I've had one clogged jet since year 2000.
One decent filter between the tank and pump should be enough. Of course, adding more won't hurt anything, but then you multiply how many things you need to change every so often, as well as potential leaks at the clamps, etc.
Looks like I'm using a NAPA Gold 3031 in-line filter. Under $5 bucks
We use the same 1/4" inline filter as shown by Gordon. We run one before the pump and either one before the carb T or 2 after the carb T (before each carb). Raby recommends 3 total, CB recommends 2 total.

So if you run two then you are a twototaller and three a threetotaller?
I do a larger steel can filter just out of the tank and another steel can filter before the tee but forward of the engine bay bulkhead.
OKAY!!! I'll buy another @#&$ filter between the tank and the fuel pump, and change to the special line to the carbs.
