Do people ever bring excess parts etc. to Carlisle? Walking around the garage looking at the extra swag that's a bitch to box and ship -would pack in the back of the truck nicely.

BTW, have any of you camped down there? I'm putting my list together (fire pit, beer, book, shrimp scampi, mimosa for the morning -the usual). Just wondering.

There's a big flea market at Carlisle, with a good assortment of vendors.  I imagine they register in order to set up shop, but you should be able to sell out of the back of your truck (but don't quote me on that).

Hi Boothy...

The flea market vendors pay a fee for their space. A 10' x 30' outdoor space is $70 at the Import/Kit show, plus $10 late fee (deadline was April 28). And...the state of Pennsylvania requires vendors to have a PA state sales tax number. Carlisle Productions won't rent you a flea market space if you don't have a tax number.

I'd be willing to bet Carlisle staff would stop you from selling off the back of your truck if you were parked on the show field. But maybe by the time they see you...you'll be sold out!

Good idea. I have a chrome shroud with tin (Scat maybe?)  for single port. Also have deep dune buggy rims, extra IRS transmission, 8mm and 10mm ball foot valve adjusters, set of case savers with tap, Seator oil pump NIB, Single thrust cam NIB bearings, Scat full flow cover, 1600 DP heads that I bought and put new guides and valves in only to find an intake stud that wouldn't snug down so I said screw it and just bought new big valve heads. I can throw it in the truck if you're interested. Can take photos.

Have the "1600 Super" script?
