My Ghia was actually never for sale, this guy just offered me a fair price, obviously more than I have into it, and I said yes....
If he shows and gives me what I want, fine, if not, the Ghia will be at the Bug-in and Morro Bay...

I'm helping a friend with a shake-down cruise of his new sailboat this weekend. So I'll be keeping the rails-in-the-water instead of rails-on-the-drag-strip. Have Fun at the event and good luck with your car!

Porsche Cars North America will have some factory drivers at California Speedway doing an X-cross demo with some Caymans (Robert Bobsled, I bet Tamara would enjoy watching that), plus PCA is holding their Club Race event as well. Here is more info...

Biggest VW Show I've ever attended, I haven"t recouped from the weekend yet, I'll post some pictures once I can see sytraight.

Met another Outlaw name Ray with a Green Tub, Turbo 2 liter (220hp), this was a near perfect example of Beauty and the Beast I really like this Tub .
Finally met Mark, who aquired Darrens Red Tub it was kewl hanging around and talkin shop/life hope to hook up with you soon.
