The Hot Rodders I know near me that do a lot of powder-coating often have an electric kitchen range in their shop that they got from the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store.  Typically, they're well-used and might be a little beat up looking, but the elements and (hopefully) the thermostats still work +/- 25F or so.  Depending on the shape the stove is in, the store will often practically give it to you.

I have an old counter-top toaster/oven that we phased out from lack of use.  Been out in the garage since before the Pandemic and I haven't needed to use it yet.  It's good for quickly curing regular acrylic enamel, too, if the part isn't too big.

Too big for the toaster oven but will fit in the oven in the kitchen- let the part dry in the garage overnight (so a lot of the solvents have off-gassed by morning), place in preheated oven and let cure for ½ hour at 150° F. when the wife isn't home.  Open the kitchen windows and plan it so she isn't home for an hour or more after you've finished and no one will ever know...

I works really well with oil based rust paint- Tremclad and Rustoleum are the brands we get here.  The finish goes from glossy to a semi-gloss but is super hard for a conventional sprayed paint.
