CA registration

My suggestion is to get your shit together sooner rather than later if you want one of the first 500 SPCNS numbers in California that allow you to not mess with smog issues. At 11:30 today I got number 2010122. My appointment was for 10AM this morning. That said they did not issue issue 2009500 until October of 2009.

It was fairly easy as long as you have all the right documents at the ready. The only problem was the village idiot at DMV and her supervisor but after nearly two hours they got it done.

This is VERY helpful in outlining just what you need. It is a little overboard but not skipping a step is critical.
