Yes, the single-out Carrera-style exhaust was modified from an original
dual-pipe system. John Steele's (JPS) exhaust guy did the cutting and
welding of the crossover pipes and the larger single port. It wasn't
specifically priced as it was part of my overall build specs. So, I'm
not sure what it cost as an individual item, but I don't imagine it
would be too costly to do.
Interestingly, the exhaust sound is actually a little bit "mellower"
with the larger single port than it was as a dual system. And since
the 2332 engine is a little on the loud side anyway, I'm sure my
neighbors prefer the newer setup.

John, great looking picture. Are those heater boxes I see? And what size are the exhaust pipes on that system? It also looks like you chose to not go with a sump. Thanks for the info.

Yes, those are some honkin' heater boxes under there.
And, no, I didn't opt for the deep oil sump. We lowered
the car at all four corners which would have put a
deeper sump "up close and personal" with the pavement
on driveway entry/exit. As it is, my single pipe scrapes
a little if I'm not careful on inclines.
