It's always been a curiousity to me that 356 coupes (except for the very early "A's") and lot of Ferarri models don't command more at sales . (Forget about the televised "auctions" for a minute).
Even in the North, where you would expect 356 coupes to be in hot demand, the sale prices are tepid (usually well under $50K, often seen under $25K). I'm talking for decent, driveable, not perfect but nice cars. Just saw a nice 1965 356 coupe from Western Mass., "restored" about 15 years ago get sold for just under $31K as the seller was pressed. They're out there. They rust and have the usual steel and aging problems, but they're out there.
