Vince!
Driving my wife home from the airport tonight, I was passed by one of those Mercedes SUV's and, looking over at the license plate, it said MR 356 (!!)
Rhode Island has a standard 2-letter/3-number combination for most personal cars, so I suppose this one was just issued as was.
I was three away from CT 356 when I got my plate and they wouldn't make an exception for me by letting me refuse my plate and wait for a couple of people to go by to get back in line (like the soup Nazi on Seinfeld "You go to the end of the line!")
Just wanted to let you know you're plate was seen on the East Coast.
