Camber Compensaters

Does anyone know of a camber compensater that will clear the Vintage Spyders exhaust system?

Dale, no one makes such a device. The closest you can come to a camber compensator is a "Z" bar. Do a search, several people have tried to use the "Z" bar, some successfully and others have failed.

Aren't camber compensators for swing axle cars? Vintage use IRS, correct?

Vintage uses Swing Axles unless you special order something else.

The difference is, Vintage uses coil/over shocks and trailing arms to support the rear of the car.

Beck uses torsion bars.

I have a swing axle Beck. I have replaced the Beck exhaust with the Vintage Spyder version.

When you say z bar...you mean a watts linkage? A pivoting center link with a leg on either side? They are normally used as lateral location of a standard hotchkiss drive. Interesting idea though... I could probably fab up something like that. Of course, dropping my roll center and get a few deg neg camber in the process, will go a long way to avoiding wheel tuck.

I'm going to have to model up some thoughts. Thanks for the idea

Typically, the exhaust interferes with that style compensator.
