Lane have you thought of doing a 10/12 pitch roof you can get a storage space loft or man cave on the second with the right trusses with a 7&1/2 foit ceiling. Just saying

The strata here would have a fit if I painted my garage door (we live in a 105 unit townhouse complex). Ooohh, would that be fun!
It's actually not a garage, it's a 10x12 foot shed and it's in the backyard.
Oh crap! We just realized that we forgot the horn grills and turned signals. What's the matter with you guys? I can believe that none of you pointed that out.
